As Salamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu My Dear Sisters and Brothers in Islam!

I hope you all are doing Great and having a good time increasing your knowledge here , InshaAllah! May Allah Grant you all with the best of health and strong emaan, Ameen!

A few days ago I heard a quite sad and emotional story but with a Great message! I would like to share it with you and hopefully we will all take the message and learn from it, InshaAllah!

There was a very wealthy, rich and powerful man with high status in the society. He lived with his wife and two children. This man was very unjust and unfair human with a very hard heart. His heart was so hard and cold, that if you split up the hardness of the heart on the earths population they would drown in it.

This man's wife tells and says:
"We resided in a detached house and my husband was a highly placed man. My husband was very aggressive
and did not have any good morale at all, both me and him were unfair humans. When we employed a duty girl, she did not stay with us for more than one or two months maximum because of all the abuse, punches, torture and punishment we exposed to the duty girls. We performed all kinds of torture and did not leave anyone out."

She tells:
"One day, a man came from my husband's village with one of his daughters and said to the rich man;
'My daughter here wants to work for you because we don't afford with food or drink and what amount
of salary you pay or whatever you give we can live of.'
My husband said 'Okey'. And they agreed on a salary and the man said to the daughter that he was going to
come and get the salary every month or send someone. The man and my husband agreed.

The poor girl were only 12 years old and said: 'Please father, dont leave me! I can't live too far away from my father and mother!
Don't do this to me, please...!'

But the father left her and went.
The girl was now alone in a foreign home with foreign people as a duty girl. Worried and frightened...

The girl had a brother who worked in Jordan and he was her big hope!
Her brother used to tell her; 'InshaAllah my beloved sister, when I get back home you will not have
to work in lots of homes and such things and you are going to live an honourable life with a nice apartment
and I will buy you this and that and I will bring you this and that.'
This was her big hope..." tells the wife of the rich man.

In the rich man's house, they began to torture her severely, the wife tells;
"We used to give her electricity shocks with over 220 voltage power. We used to hang her on the roof
and fasten her. We gave her old bread and mouldy, rotten food. In the coldest winter days we forced her
to sleep on the ceramic plates in the kitchen. We injured her with all methods to the point she
tried to escape from us 6 times! And because of my husband's high position and status, he could get her day thereon,
and when we got her after she had escaped we let her go through all the kinds of torture a human could imagine!"

The poor girl says;"I went to my village only two times."
The first time was when she heard that her brother passed away on the way home from Jordan! Then she lost all hope!
The second time was when her mother died.
It was only these two times she went to her village; to go to her brother's funeral and then to her mother's funeral,
then she never went back there again.

These unjust humans carried on torturing her very harshly to the point that the girl's vision began to weaken and weaken, part by part. When she buyed things, she discovered that she had bought rotten and bad things and the girl didnt know what to do.
The people in the market felt sorry for her and helped her to shop and then she brought it to the family.

Daily they continued to beat her and torture her until she became totally blind!
When this girl became blind, they throwed her out on the street.
They said; "What are we going to do with her?! She is worthless now."

The girl walked around from home to home until they took her to a home where they take care of blind
children and those who have lost their sight.

Allah's regulations were put in work and after she had been tortured for 10 years by those people and put in the home
for blind people when she was 22 years old.

After that rich man retired from his placed position he became now completely worthless in the society and
lost his status. In addition to losing his status, he had no morale so nobody liked him, so he felt very bad.

When the man's son became older, he married a very beautiful girl. This girl got pregnant and everybody were happy
that there was a grandchild to come. Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta'alaa) settles the first surprise and this girl gives birth to a blind boy!

They were thinking if there is any connection between this newborn boy and that duty girl who got blind after all torture and suffering?

They started thinking and said;
"wonder if this is because of what we did?...
If our son gets another child, is the newborn going to be blind again?"
They got very confused and did not know what to do.
Her husband, who had high status, and when he saw his grandson blind like that, he got hysterical and was shocked
and they placed the man in a hospital.

The doctor told the son that they did not have to worry because it is not something hereditary and the boy was born blind through Allah's regulations. "InshaAllah in the future nothing will happen and you can have a child completely normal so no problems", the doctors said.

After two years the grandparents started to encourage their son to get another child, to increase their happiness
and they told him "Come on our dear son, make us happy with another child, a boy or a girl more,
your child is the only happiness in our life now."

So, the son's wife got pregnant again and the time for birth approached. Everybody was worried and no one
knows what will happen! The birth came and the son's wife got a baby and she got a very beautiful girl.
And they started asking the doctor about how the girl's sight is. The doctor said it was perfect!
The couple were more than happy and could not believe it was true!
They asked "The girl can see??"
"Yes!" responded the doctor.
"She have vision???" the couple asked with great happiness.
"Ofcourse!" said the doctor.
"And everything is fine with her?"
"Yes, she is perfect!"

6 months later the baby girl got blind...
This was the second disaster!..

The mother to the son felt what the reason was and started thinking;
"This is not possible that all of this happens without any reason. This cannot happen just like that..no no... This must be because of what we did to that poor duty girl, all the torture we exposed her to. The girl who had no one in this world and early became an orphan. Who had a cruel father who used her only as a merchandise towards some little amount in the end of the month, to the point where he only met her 2 times in 10 years. Its a punishment from Allah to us." the mother thought.

The mother began looking for the girl on every possible place; in the hospitals, residential retirement homes, orphanages and everywhere until she found her in the home for the visionally handicapped.
When the woman found her, she ran to and started hugging and kissing her over and over again and say; "Forgive me, my daughter."
"Who are you?" asked the girl.
"Its me!" replied the woman.
"Is it really you?" asked the girl when she recognised the woman's voice

The girl, SubhanAllah, when she heard the woman's name she remembered all the torture she had to go through the last 10 years. She thought; the woman who used to do that and that to me, she who used to give me electrical shocks, she who used to force me to sleep on the cold kitchen floor and used to give me rotten mouldy food!

The girl remembered all the difficult memories from the time of torture. She remembered when her brother passed away, the day her mother passed away, the day her father dumped her, the day they gave her electrical shocks, the day they ruined her life and future, the day they throwed he out when she became blind.

The woman said to her; "Do you forgive me, my daughter?"
After all they did to her, and by the girl's pure heart.. she said; "I forgive you..."
The woman took the girl with her and said that she wanted to compensate for what she had done to her and
raise this her up with her grandchildren whom also were blind as her.
The woman thought; "Maybe I will be forgiven for what I have done earlier if I take care of this girl."

The Messenger of Allah (Sallalahu 'Alayhi Wa Salam) said to Ali ibn Abi Talib:
"Beware of the supplication of the unjustly treated, because there is no shelter nor veil between it
(the supplication of the one who is suffering injustice) and Allah (SWT)" [Sahih Al-Bukhari and Muslim]

"Consider not that Allah is unaware of that which the Zalimun (polytheists, wrongdoers, etc.) do,
but He gives them respite up to a Day when the eyes will stare in horror" [Ibrahim 14:42]

May Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta'alaa) forgive our sins and bless us and strengthen our emaan
so we can keep firm on the path to Jannah, Ameen.

Jazakum Allah Khairan, brothers and sisters!
